About us:
The Montessori philosophy of 'Peace Education' aims to make positive changes in the world through childhood education and play. Our aim is to bring that philosophy to our community. We work with parents, children, educational professionals, and local services. We offer access to quality play, information about child development, educational classes for children and adult training. All of these servicesaim to support children to find their place in the community and the world around them.
The Backstory
Glyn (they/them) has worked with children and families across a wide range of experiences for over 17 years, their journey began working with homeless children in Southern Africa and ranges from working in the Early Education Sector, working with families and young people at festivals and events, and delivering adult training in the Education sector, particularly in Montessori, child development, gender in childhood and imaginative play. Glyn holds equality, human rights, and care for the environment as the centre of all their work. Glyn holds numerous qualifications in Education, including a degree in Childhood development and one in Montessori pedagogy. She is passionate about bringing her knowledge and skills to her local community.
