Philosophy
I really do beleive that children are the future. I believe every child has a magical spark inside, and that with montessori we can build that spark brighter and create a betetr world. I beleive in peace through education. That with this beautiful approach we can inspire creative, compassionate and capable children.
Hello
My Name is Glyn Ridgeway. I love nature, I love the outdoors. I love reading and music and dancing. I beleive in equality and peace.
I grew up in Shropshire, and at 20 I left to travel on a big adventure. This led me to Zimbabwe where I started to work with children, and I havn't looked back since. I have worked in education in various capacities since, obtaining two degrees (Early Childhood Education and Montessori Pedagogy) along the way. Mostly the children teach me far more than I could ever teach them, and I find great joy in their precence.
I currently live in Telford, with my two children whom I home Educate. The Montessori Rainbow was born out of a desire to bring Montessori knowledge to families , and work directly in my community.
